First of all, we want you to be our customer and if you are our customer, we loved to help you. We believe in after sale services. We provide 15 days return and exchange policy for you. You can return or exchange all items with in 15 days of product receipt.

Exchange Policy:

1. What if I need to replace the product Size?

  • If the size you ordered doesn't fit you, simply 
  • Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
  • You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
  • Once we receive the product, we will send the new size (depending on the availability).      

please note that this process may take 1-2 working days after receiving your returned products.

2. What if I wish to exchange the product with other product(s)?

  • If you don’t like the product you ordered and wish to exchange it for other product or products, simply
  • Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
  • You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
  • Once we receive the product, we will send the new products (depending on the availability).

Return Policy:

1. What if I wish to return my product?

  • If you find faulty or damage product is delivered from our side and wish to get refund, simply
  • Send/courier us the product at our Faisalabad Office.
  • Once we receive the product and confirmed that the product is unused and all the tags are attached we will refund your all amount without any deduction.
  • Return is only possible if any faulty or damage product is delivered from our side, moreover if you want to return your product without any our fault then 30% would be deduction in actual amount. 

2.How will I get My refund?

There are two options for refund:

Coupon Code
Cash Back

  • What’s Coupon Code?

You can get the refund amount by getting a coupon code equivalent to the amount you purchased. You can, later on, use that coupon code to buy anything from our website.

  •  What’s Cash Back?

If you don’t want the refund via coupon code and wish to get the money back, then we can transfer you the amount through Bank A/C, Jazz Cash or Easy Paisa.
